Our actions
The Fondation de France is continuing to pursue its dual objective: improve access to stable employment for people living far from the labor market, while providing answers to territory-specific social problems. Four priorities in reaching these objectives:
-
01
Remove material obstructions to employment by responding to practical problems: childcare, transportation, housing near the workplace, etc.
-
02
Encourage the emergence of activities and services that contribute to reducing social inequalities in fragile territories facing desertification, aging, isolation, environmental degradation, etc.
-
03
Support social innovation to create consumption habits that better respect work and the environment: develop local distribution networks, mutualize seasonal jobs, etc.
-
04
Promote mediation to create sustainable interaction between people living far away from work opportunities and small companies struggling to recruit.
