Can you be poor and own a home? Fondation de France has initiated and backed a process enabling low-income households to buy and keep their home. In 2010, after three years of experiments conducted with nine initiators of community projects, a conference was used to assess the work, to discuss the obstacles encountered, but also to put forward home-ownership solutions tailored to the situations of the families in question.
