
Its rules of governance were drawn up to promote efficient management while guaranteeing
security and proper consideration for the expectations and interests of the organisation’s stakeholders.
These rules are grounded in the two fundamental principles of transparency and collegiality
in decision-making.
Its internal organisation revolves around the Board of Directors, which steers the institution’s general policy; expert committees, made up of volunteer professionals that advise on our various scopes of action; and a team of staff entrusted with making proposals and implementing the decisions of the Board of Directors.
Two types of controls are in place:
• Internal controls: management, procedure application, accounts (performed by the Statutory
• Auditor), Remuneration Committee, Bounties Committee and Audit Committee
• External controls: the French Court of Accounts and the Controls Committee of the French charity
• commission (Charte du don en confiance)
